OVERVIEW
The goal of our research is the development of advanced in vitro diagnostic systems for application in biotechnology and medicine. Our research brings together biology, chemistry, physics and nanotechnology to develop lab-on-a-chip systems for multilevel sensing of in vitro cell cultures, 3D cellular assemblies and tissue structures with the aim of understanding dynamic cell responses to systemic stress as well as cell-to-matrix and cell-to-cell interactions.
