FABRICATION OF MICROFLUIDIC & BIOSENSOR WORKSTATIONS

Our lab-on-a-chip stations consist of external or internal heating units, an optical window for live cell imaging, two electronic connectors and impedance readout units, as well as an aluminium fixture holding the microfluidic biochip and the microfluidic interface. This enables the automation, miniaturization and integration of liquid handling systems, electronic components and sensory systems into a common microchip platform to continuously and non-invasively monitor cell population responses under physiologically relevant conditions.
